We teach ages 4-94! We take care to teach what you want to learn so music is rewarding for students of all ages and levels. All we do is teach. We do not sell or rent music instruments. This leaves us free to specialize in one thing - providing the highest quality of music instruction. Our instructors are highly qualified and many have extensive performance experience. Most importantly, our instructors strive to relate their teaching to each individual student's learning style.

Pauline Cooper
As owner and founder of Bach to Rock Music School, Pauline draws on a life-long love of music in business, media, and life coupled with the love of teaching as a mother of three. Her training and managerial experience in many fields brings out a leader that cares about the students, which range from the very young to those that will always be ‘39’. As the school has grown, kids and adults of many backgrounds have graced the door of her flourishing business.
Brian Delaney
Growing up in a musical family is sometimes common amongst talented musicians, as J. S. Bach himself proved. Brian is no exception with both parents and siblings all playing symphonic instruments. With a double-major college degree, a host of compositions, and his own band’s accomplishments under his belt, Brian brings a musical heritage to the lesson room. As he explains, “my whole family has a musical background… I’ve grown up with it.”
Lorraine Hammond
When a student finds a voice teacher like Lorraine, the joy and excitement of singing comes alive. Few teachers can combine the refined talent of an opera and choral singer with the love for teaching both children and adults. Her energy and fun in the lesson room mingles with Lorraine’s experience singing with the Houston Symphony Chorus, her collegiate education, and a broad musical versatility including pop, rock, jazz, Broadway, and classical. With Lorraine, the joy of music comes alive through our most fundamental instrument, the human voice.
Meghan Garvin
Ms. Garvin holds a Masters of Music degree in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Houston’s Moores School of Music, as well as an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (Vocal Performance) and Theatre, and a second HBA in Communication, from Saint Louis University. Meghan maintains an active performance career in Houston and around the country, performing leading roles in opera and musical theatre, as well as concert and recital repertoire.
