Calderone School of Music is a great place for kids to learn music in a structured, methodical and rigorous way. Highly recommended to everyone.

My girls have been with Calderone for more than 3 years now. We stayed with the school even after we moved away from New Jersey. I can see the improvements my girls made during these years. The teachers are patient and professional. The school has a good progressive systems that encourages students to strive to get to higher levels. We will definitely remember the experience as part of the girls' journey in music!

We are very fortunate to have found Prof. Calderone and her school of music. Our elder daughter has been taking violin lesson at the school for the past 3-4 year now, and soon our younger daughter will start her journey of music there. When it comes to teaching, it is about the teachers, but it is also about dedication and devotion, and that's what distinguish the Calderone school of music from the rest.

Professor Calderone treats this school not as a business but foremost as a mission. She really (and only) cares about what is the best for the students: does the kid really like the instrument, does the kid get the instructions that fit his/her level at the stage, and so on. At the school's new Springfield office, a wall is decorated with plates of honor dating all the way back to the 80s.

To me, those are not just names of some individuals, they represent the joint efforts from generations of musicians, students and teachers, and most of all, professor Calderone herself. I wish every parents who want to explore music for their kids have a chance to talk to the professor and try it out by themselves.

I love the energy and professionalism at this School. Professor Calderone is outstanding at what she does. My 10 year old daughter totally enjoys her classes and her siblings are excited to join in the experience.

Calderone School of Music is excellentl! My son has been attending since 1 year old and he is now 7 years old. The staff and teachers are very dedicated and helpful. They are true professionals and have been performing in their designated fields for many years. Dr. Calderone is fair, consistent and truly cares about each student.

Our kids have been going here for years, have learnt a lot. Teachers are genuinely caring and so is the staff. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend Calderone music school to everyone.

Love this school and our teacher! My daughter is starting her second year at Calderone school of music. There were reasons I had concerns she might have difficultly learning piano. On the contrary she's making excellent progress and it is really an aspect of her life that is building her confidence. I don't believe this would necessarily be true at another school.

Kathleen Calderone has been running this school for over 40 years and is a strong and tireless woman that demands her teachers be knowledgeable, understanding and professional.
