Fiddlestick Music We love music and teach because we believe that music is the key to the soul. We believe that every child has unlimited potential to be a great person and that a way to unlock that potential is through studying music. Music provides the perfect opportunity to build life skills and character without directly saying, do this, do that.

Music plays an important part in the development of a child. We offer day group music classes to provide a musical foundation for students to build on throughout their years of homeschooling. Classes will be offered in the morning and afternoon. Call to schedule your group time.

Our lives are full of instant gratification, fast food, cheap clothes, internet etc. Music is real-time. You cannot learn a piece just by pushing a button and paying for it. It takes time. Character traits are strengthened through this time. Students will learn how to deal with mistakes. They will begin to understand that mistakes do, will and should happen for growth to occur. Through learning music they see that mistakes are not a failure, but an opportunity for learning and growth. They gain the ability to progress and move on and not dwell on a mistake.

My 3 Children and I have been going there for Trap (Drum), Violin, and Piano (adult and child). They are the BEST! They work with the child at each skill level. They have multiple teachers that can teach multiple instruments. Each teacher is caring, and extremely supportive, they each go above and beyond for their students. One teacher offered to set up our home trap set (I had no clue how to do it myself since I have never played it).

My oldest started Bells at her school, and a Fiddlesticks teacher offered to help her on that as well (if needed, to make it more fun for the student). When our piano played it's last (it was very old), they recommend a place, that not only gave me a great deal (because we knew Fiddlesticks), but Fiddlesticks picked it up for me and helped me with the whole transition. AGAIN - Going above and beyond for their client! to top it off - since there are 4 of of us that are enrolled (3 kids, 1 adult) they do the best at working with our schedules, and get us in and out within an hour.

They just expanded and made a fourth room, which made it even easier. We now have all four of us taking lessons at one time. They have a Christmas Recital and a May Recital, so if the grandparents miss one, there is another one they can go to. And they are by far not boring. They have new and inventive ways to keep it interesting. These kids learn more than just the guitar, piano, violin, and drums.

And it is always nice to see what your little ones are going to be doing in the future. The High Schoolers are up there making beautiful (or rocking out) music, that will make any parent smile. So in summary - they are easy to work with, AND go above and beyond for each student! I cannot say enough good things about them!

We have spent over 7 years at this studio and continue to be impressed by the quality of teaching and creativity of the work. The teachers are phenomenal and very easy to work with schedule-wise. Our kids have done piano and percussion and we are looking forward to starting another kiddo in piano soon. I can not recommend this studio enough!

My nephew loves his drum lessons with Jeff! Not only does he learn a lot about drumming techniques and music, but he has a good time and comes from his lesson relaxed and with a smile on his face!

Our children having been taking music lessons here for several years. The teachers are all amazing; the community atmosphere they create is wonderful. I wish I had been a student here! This place is highly recommended.

Jeff is a great drum teacher. My 8-year-old son, who takes drum lessons at Fiddlesticks, responds to Jeff's supportive, positive attitude; I appreciate Jeff's flexibility and strong knowledge base. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Fiddlestick Music.
