Fantastic professional guitar repair! I've had three jobs done so far - installed baggs pickup in my Martin, had the nut replaced and setup done for a '90 les Paul, and had a setup done and pick guard installed for an '18 les Paul. All jobs were done perfectly and turnaround was fast! The '18 les Paul went from being below average sound and playability to now a superstar. Extremely fair pricing for excellent work. I won't take my guitars anywhere else now.

The best setups in town imo. I give Josh props all the time, His adjustments & intonation are always spot on. A bit pricey but well worth $100. I've had 70's strats, Les Paul's, Teles, a 335 & my '71 epi classical setup here. way up

Looking for a new guitar?! I think you'll be surprised by the nice selection of high quality guitars and other stringed instruments they carry. Their instrument setups are performed with great care and expertise and the results are nothing short of perfection. On top of that, the customer service is the best I've experienced when shopping for a new guitar. If you are a seasoned musician or even just thinking about diving into the world of music, I highly recommend supporting Guitar House Workshop. Thanks guys!

Just had my guitars set up and new pickups installed here for the second time - fantastic shop! I have taken my instruments to several different shops around Columbus, and Guitar House Workshop is easily my favorite. Very knowledgeable staff who are able to give great advice - best part is my guitar plays better than it did when it was new!

Simply one of the finest guitar outlets that I know of in these parts. If you want the most knowledgeable staff, a master luthier to set up your new guitar for absolutely free and the finest selection for any price range, oh did I mention the best ukuleles? And may I add some of the finest instructors in Ohio.

I have been a friend of Guitar House Workshop ever since they had first opened, "just down the street from the Chambers Rd. Kroger" [for those of you who know what that means], during May 2009. I am not a guitar player; however, I am a piano player who appreciates many different styles of music. Guitar House Workshop sells guitars and other "fretted" instruments; they also repair those instruments and teach music lessons.

I had first heard about Guitar House Workshop because I would often walk past that business while walking from western Upper Arlington [near the Scioto River] to the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus. I have visited Guitar House Workshop whenever I have been in that area and they have been open. When Guitar House Workshop had first-opened, they had been surrounded by mostly-abandoned-or-rarely-used buildings on a narrow rarely-used two-lane road; now they are completely surrounded by recently-built condominiums.

Last night [9-24-2021] I attended the first-ever concert in the newly-constructed pavilion in the back yard of Guitar House Workshop. It had been fun to be present last night while Guitar House Workshop had been sharing some wonderful music with that neighborhood.

First time visitor to the Guitar House Workshop; excellent experience! I was given time to browse comfortably on my own, and was politely offered assistance. I accepted and asked for guidance on the condition of a guitar that was on consignment, and one of the employees was able to come forward, test it out for me and provide advice on areas I questioned, such as fret wear, and condition of pots and the switch.

The whole interaction was pleasant and professional. Purchasing was smooth, even with the new person getting trained. You can tell a lot about a business in how they treat their new employees and I was impressed at the concise, patient instruction that was given. Overall, they were as excited for me as I was. I would be happy to do business with them again.

This was my first time here the staff was welcoming and the shop is clean. Tons of acoustic guitars if that's your thing. Josh was very thorough and honest regarding pricing and options. I brought in a bass that I got in the 80's and the electronics were pretty bad. Josh helped me figure out what pickups to use and gave me an estimate and a turnaround time. (About 3 weeks) it was kind of expensive but I had over $100 in parts and he had to completely rewire, clean up the fretboard and string the guitar. Like my Grandma used to say, you get what you pay for! I would recommend.

This is a great shop with a friendly and professional staff and owners. They repaired a high end acoustic guitar for me (bridge re-glue and set up) and made the instrument better than it ever was. I will absolutely return and recommend them to anyone who asks.
