My son is a violin student of two months at this school. Heather is always inviting and caring with her delightful professional demeanor. Heather always demonstrates due diligence in this health crisis by ensuring my son (violin student) is not running a tempature when checking in at each lesson. Courtney is my sons instructor. By pure luck of scheduling, my sons lessons coincide with Courtney's.

She habitually demonstrates emphatic care and professionalism as he is a true beginner and she never loses sight of this. Conversely, she constructively raises the bar to ensure no complacency. Courtney is a Director of music at a school in Jacksonville and the Jacksonville School of Music is honored to have her as a teacher. My one regret? Not starting here sooner.

I highly recommend the Jacksonville School of Music and staff. My young grandson recently started piano lessons and I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and care demonstrated by the staff! Ms. Heather at the front desk is always willing to accommodate schedule changes ( pleasantly) and answers questions. Mr. Coleman ( piano teacher) goes above and beyond to create an exciting atmosphere where a child's love of music will flourish.

He recently brought in pictures of his organ and the music for Phantom because my 5 year old grandson loves the sound track and insists that he needs a pipe organ. this is the type of special care that creates enthusiasm for learning. Please consider Jacksonville School of Music if you are looking for an exemplary musical experience. you won't be disappointed!

My son has been a student here for 9 years now. He started at 8 years old playing the drums. He was paired up with such a great teacher that helped him grow so much that he is now 17.5 years old and the drummer for not only our church's youth praise team he is also a drummer for our main praise team. Although he no longer takes drum lessons with this school he does however take guitar lesson, piano lessons, and voice lessons from them and like when he was taking drum lessons he was paired up with great teachers there as well. We feel so blessed to have this school and the amazing teachers there.

My Daughter takes voice lessons from Ms Allison and we could not be more pleased with her progress. Ms Allison is kind, talented, up beat, and extremely talented. We have also been very happy with the professionalism of the school and the director Ms Heather is hands down the best to work with! Highly recommended!

Both of my daughters attend Jacksonville Music School for Piano Lessons. We have had a great experience here and current teachers Ms. Allison Reade and Ms Sarah have been so supportive and encouraging. They both provide a challenging, structured environment for piano students and at the end of each class my girls come out excited and want to talk about what they have learned.

They use the Faber piano cirriculum which is straight forward and are split out into performance, theory, technique and lesson categories. Ms. Heather at the front desk is super helpful and will always make time to help rearrange or talk through scheduling changes. We are lucky to be part of this school and excited to continue lessons and hopefully participate in some recitals in the future!

From my first call and conversation with Heather to my first violin lesson with Brett it was all magnanimously encouraging and awesome to put it lightly. I am so excited to have a class weekly with a competent, friendly and experienced educator. I'm 39 and have not played violin in 20 years. The staff made me feel comfortable and eager to return!

It starts with Miss Heather making arrangements and accommodating schedules. Can do attitude and very pleasant. And what can I say about Brett, except Thank God he teaches the "fiddle". My grandson has some issues that do not make him easy to work with as much as he wants to learn. BRETT Has been wonderful. In fact the people have been so great, I have decided to take piano lessons I always want to learn. Miss Janelle is very patient teaching this old dog new tricks.

Wonderful school. Great staff & music instructors. We have been so happy with our daughter's violin teacher, Ms. Courtney. She is exceptional. She brings to the table passion, fun, experience and discipline. She meets her students where they're at and then challenges them to the edge of their ability without them even knowing it. She is everything we would hope for for the violinist in our family.

My kids and I have been students of the Jacksonville School of Music. We love all of the teachers and enjoyed the confidence it brought to my kids in singing. My kids learn vocal through Ms. Reade and they always look forward to their lessons. I learn guitar with Greg Lanza and I really enjoy playing the guitar and my new ability.

They have great customer service.. a bit loopy with scheduling at times, but they will do their best to make sure their clients are satisfied. We were not sure how many music lessons my son would take, so they let us pay for 3 lessons at a time. At $20 a 30-min lesson, once a week. If you miss one lesson, they extend the following lesson by 15 minutes.

The teachers are OK. The first was a piano teacher. Not very enthusiastic but he was calm and helpful. The instruction was a bit too fast-paced for my 8 year old son, however.
