Love this place. I always get a good advice from the people that work there. I have a child that attends a couple of the lessons there and the teachers are awesome. The prices for everything seem to be fairly reasonable as well. After 8 years here nothing has changed. It's an awesome place.

Very nice shop. I stopped in for a bunch of random stuff and the people working there were very helpful and friendly. Definitely a cool shop, they have stuff for beginners to advanced players (mostly on the guitar-side, but they did have a variety of different instruments).

Never received the music we ordered 2 months ago. Personally not a very good experience. I felt like an outsider.

Great music store. I have had a couple of amps repaired there and bought some nice effect pedals. Very friendly staff.

I'm writing specifically about two visits to Main Street Music. I was hoping to start a new "quarantine hobby" and finally get a keyboard so I could (re)learn how to play. My first visit was before I got my stimulus check, so I was just doing some research. The gentleman who assisted me at that time was extremely helpful. It didn't seem to matter that he knew he wasn't going to get a sale that day -- he spent time with me to find out what I wanted to do, what I already knew, and then explain what options they had that would fit well with where I was starting from.

The second visit was after I received my stimulus check to pick up a Yamaha P45B. The person who took care of me this time, was just as helpful. He explained the functions on the keyboard, and he had some helpful suggestions on what else I might need to get my new adventure started, without any oversell or pressure. He even helped by carrying my keyboard out to my car, since my hands were full with a stand and other purchases.

Part of why I went to Main Street Music was that I wanted to support a local business in these times of ours. Amazon gets enough business, they don't need any money from me. AFTER I bought my keyboard, though, I *did* have to have a look. Turns out I would not have saved a dime if I had bought it from them -- and the other items I bought would have cost me even more than Main Street charged me. So: great service, great prices, great people. And this is all our home town. Buying here was very much the right decision!

Always love going into this store! Great people who really know the music business, superb teachers for private lessons, and an excellent selection of instruments. They support music education in the community -- that's why Tracy loves Main Street Music!

Dropped off my Bass for a setup and electronics work yesterday - both Ken and Jason the Repair Guy were SUPER nice! Ken has an *amazing* store, and is an old-school kind of guy - who clearly cares about his clients! Right on! Can't wait to see what they can do with my old bass - and looking fwd to seeing them both again. Great to still have a local Music Store!

Great local music store. They have a reasonable selection of just about everything and the staff is super helpful. Music instructors are also very good.
