Tarina Kim taught piano to both of my daughters - each of whom approached piano differently. Tarina was able to bring out the best in both, to keep them motivated and moving forward when the going got tough - as any serious pursuit will at one time or another. I owe Tarina a debt of gratitude not only for the quality of their playing (which I miss since they went off to college) but also for the part she played in their college and professional success for that early training in work ethic and the value of high quality musical study/instruction.

FANTASTIC music school! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a proper formal musical foundation for themselves or their child. The owner has a PhD in music and she understands the importance of doing things the proper way. We love this school!

We are so impressed with MozArt Music Academy! We have watched our 5 year old daughter learn to read music (in only 5 months!) become more focused and develop a sincere interest in music and learning about famous composers. We enjoy seeing how excited she gets when she learns something new and moves to the next level. Tarina creates a relaxed, positive, fun and encouraging learning environment - we love it!

My son has been taking lessons for the past couple of months with Mr. Tom. He loves it. He says "Mr. Tom makes learning the drums fun." I love his enthusiasm. He clearly enjoys teaching and wants to make sure the kiddos enjoy it too.

I can't thank enough the wonderful director and my son's piano teacher Ms. Tarina who accepted my son to the music academy when he was only 3yo!!! He started piano lessons less that a year ago and now preforming at the school recitals! And btw the bi-annual recitals that Mozart academy is organizing are absolutely the best I ever seen. It is a red carpet experience at a beautiful facilities with professional photographers and videographers at absolutely NO ADDITIONAL cost for the families which is incredible.
It is truly never too early to start learning music especially with a such talented teacher as Ms. Tarina! The lessons are always fun,but she knows how to keep the little ones focused on learning.
I am so grateful for having such a professional music academy in our neighborhood!

My oldest son has been taking piano for several years now. Like most 7 year olds, he hated going to his lessons and getting him to practice was nearly impossible.

Over the years we have tried 3 or 4 different places and even had someone coming to our house to do lessons but he never progressed beyond playing simple one handed melodies in C major.

Earlier this year we switched over to MozArt and the difference has been amazing to say the least.

Within a few weeks of working with Tarina, he has progressed to playing more complex songs and seems to be taking a real interest in the instrument.

He often now sits down to practice without us asking or forcing him to do it.

I cannot say enough how much of a change he has undergone since we started with MozArt. Highly recommend!

My son has always been highly energized and is easily distracted. My husband and I tried various sports for our son (he's 5) to get him engaged in an extracurricular activity and nothing was working out. When we tried karate they told us he wasn't ready for karate because of his attention issues. So then I saw an advertisement for MozArt music academy and thought, why not!? My son has been practicing with Tarina since March and he's doing so well. He's practicing at home and really enjoys music. I'm so thankful for Tarina's patience with him and her enthusiasm and encouragement! Definitely a great place to get young kids started with a love for music! His first recital is coming up in a couple of weeks and we are beyond thrilled!

I came to MozArt Music Academy to learn one song on the piano to play for my dad on Father's Day. This place is AMAZING. They went above and beyond all of my expectations. Not only did I learn the song and play it for my dad, but the owner put together a video of all my hard work, out of the kindness of his heart. The video brought all of my family to tears. I cannot recommend this place more. Even though I came to this place to learn just one song, I plan on staying to learn more.

It is coming up on a year since my son, now five, started taking piano lessons with Tarina at Mozart Music Academy, and we are so happy that we found it! My son has learned so much, is reading music, and even performed in his first recital! His confidence has really flourished through playing the piano, and he even uses it as an outlet to express his emotions, it is truly remarkable.

I love the warmth of Mozart Music Academy, everyone is so friendly and enthusiastic. The facilities are also really nice. Overall, I can not say enough wonderful things about this school!! If you are looking for a place to send your child to take any kind of music lessons, I 100% recommend MozArt Music Academy!!

Mozart Music Academy is a PREMIER facility! Our son learns the guitar from Mr. Wesley and he is a fantastic teacher. The instruction feels really top notch here because then instructors are really professionals and the care for the students really seems to show. If this place wasn't great i would have to drag my son every Saturday to this place and fight with him to go.. but i don't. He genuinely enjoys coming here to learn. Owners are fantastic and are super involved. It's obvious that they're not just setting up shop and collecting checks.

My son started taking piano lessons in April, when he was still in Kindergarten. He is a very joyful, loud and playful boy, so I was not sure, if he would take any interest in playing an instrument, if he could make it through a lesson or if he would master the piano at all. I was amazed, when I realized that he could read his musical notes in just a few months, remember his songs and experiment with our rented piano at home. We are so happy that we discovered Mozart Music Academy and that Tarina Kim is his teacher. Whenever I had any question, she has been very responsive, helpful and always so kind. She keeps track of the progress and current mood of each student and I believe each lesson is a step forward. Aside from the great music lessons, everything is very organized and professional at MozArt Music Academy. Parent communication, weekly reminders, weekly practice progress etc. are all very helpful in feeling involved in your kid's music education. Just a week ago the school had its first annual student recital and we were blown away at how well everything was planned and organized, about the community outreach of the music school, the care and support of each music teacher and how prepared each student was, no matter their age and skill level. It was an unforgettable memory for our family; all thanks to Tarina Kim, her awesome team and MozArt Music Aacdemy.
