Kindermusik Our Time encourages children to be creative, to initiate their own ideas and to respond in their own ways, while the parents active participation gives the toddlers the security they need.It is a special time for parent and child to share. In class we will, sing, move, explore and play a variety of percussive instruments. ABC Music and Me is an award-winning music and movement program for children 4 to 6 years. This curriculum helps to develop pre-literacy and language skills through songs, movement and story time. Using music as the medium, children will develop fine and gross motor skills, improve hand-eye coordination, learn musical concepts, and sharpen there listening skills.

We love Ms. Elizabeth! We've been going to Ms. Elizabeth's music class for a year now and my daughter really enjoys it. Ms. Elizabeth is very attentive, patient, and professional. Her classes are well-organized and fun. She creates a very welcoming and loving environment for the kids. They would learn how to follow directions, clean up after themselves, and share toys with their peers. The classroom is very clean and there's always plenty of street parking (free) nearby. This is the best mommy and me class in the Sacramento area. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love our weekly class. My son is super shy and not much of a talker when around new people. But just in the few weeks we have gone, I am noticing such a change. Miss Elisabeth is amazing at what she does and really follows the lead of each child. She takes time to interact with each child, and knows each one by name. I truly see such a difference in this class vs others we have attended. You can tell Elizabeth truly loves what she does and has your child's best interest at heart.

Our kids go to a lot of different activities and have had a lot of different teachers. The other day we were asking each other who we thought the best of them all were. Our answer was a resounding MS. LESLIE WITH KINDERMUSIK. She is one of the most knowledgeable teachers we've had the chance to work with and gives little tidbits of info at each class as to how what we're doing is helpful.
She is incredibly positive, kind and compassionate. Each section you get a bag with an instrument, book and CD of the songs you use. Every class is different, but contains repetition of songs and ideas to let the concepts sink in. Ms. Leslie even has fun holiday parties ypu can attend. Our two kids have gone there since 6 months of age (the oldest os now 3!) and we would 110% recommend this class. It's worth every cent!

Little tornado loved this. My kid that is too-cool for the library music group, that sits in the corner and glares at everyone, was an active participant in this class. Yes! Success! The teacher is very sweet and welcoming and we had a wonderful experience with our trial class. My son sang, jumped, clapped his hands and learned along with the stories and activities. He was really into it! We are signing up for the next session!

Kindermusik with Ms. Leslie was tremendous for our high-spirited son Tobias. We have probably been taking him there for over a year and a half. He had trouble with transitions and Ms Leslie and other parents were very patient and understanding to help us through. The obvious benefit in his life, learning and behavior could not be overstated. Thank you Ms Leslie for your great care and love.

Kindermusik with Ms. Leslie in Midtown is great. We started when he was about 4 months old and it is so much fun to see him develop in the class. The classes are comfortable in size, nice location with open window, and offer wide variety in one class from dance, storybook, to snuggle time. We really enjoyed the classes and like another review said Ms. Leslie makes everyone feel welcome, she is patient, and gives each child personal attention. As a first time mom and p/t SAHM this was a wonderful experience for me too.

At first she was shy and didn't get too involved with the activities but enjoyed the classes. Over time she started to learn to follow directions, songs, dances and activities. Ms. Leslie makes everyone feel welcome and gives each child personal attention.
Each 8 week session has similar components but new themes are explored. Each class starts with a welcome, some toys or musical instruments, music, dancing, a story book, a good bye and lots of fun. Each session comes with home materials which if used supplement the session quite well. We play the music, read the books and play the instruments at home, so my daughter knows the songs and activities.
This makes class more fun. We have stayed in the same class and my daughter has made friends and so have my wife and I. Ms. Leslie has also recently updated the flooring, fresh colorful paint and decorations. The website is also easier to navigate. Great children's activity which supports healthy development.

Miss Leslie really has a wonderful way with kids! My child was captivated from the moment the she sang the hello song! It is so joyful to watch all the babies interact and respond to the music and each other. There are lots of giggles and smiles as Miss Leslie leads us through each song and activity. I appreciate that Kindermusik provides such a wide array of music for my son to enjoy and that it is partnered with lively activities to enhance his development.
Sometimes the Kindermusik music is the only thing that will calm him down when upset! My son has learned so much from attending her classes, turn taking, cooperation, and most importantly it has begun his life with loving music. He also loves story time and has learned to sit and listen (sometimes very wiggly) as the story is read with expressive animation and sounds by Miss Leslie. She makes the story fun! This program is delivered with great love and care to all the kids in the class by Miss Leslie and I highly recommend this to parents!

I've been taking my son to Kindermusik since he was 4 months old. He loves the music, dancing and story time. It's his time to meet other kids and let loose. We play the take home CD in the car and he's learned most of the lyrics and beats to the songs. Miss. Cathy and Miss. Leslie are warm, loving, and simply make each child feel special. This is a great program to introduce your children to. I highly recommend!

Enrolling my daughter in Kindermusik with Miss Cathy at 6 months was one of the best decisions. Her energy, knowledge and enthusiasm have introduced my daughter to what I know will be a lifetime of music appreciation. Going to class is such fun and with the take home cd, it is easy to carry on the activities at home in between classes. I give her my highest recommendation!

This is the BEST experience for children and parents alike. Both my son (now 2 /34) and daughter (10 months) thrive in the musical, interactive, fun environment. A great way to meet other parents and truly enjoy your children for 45 minutes of great energy and enthusiasm. I find myself singing songs and playing games that Ms. Cathy (and the other fabulous teachers) taught us. A must for every child and his or her parents. Enjoy!

What else can I say about Kindermusik? Our kids love their "Miss Cathy", who never fails to bring unbelievable energy, passion, and fun to every class. I can't possibly say enough good stuff about her and her fun programs! A no-brainer for those looking for a fun and enriching way to involve their child in music, art, and movement. Zoo Train rules!

Kindermusik is so much fun! Ms. Cathy is great. I'm a nanny for a 3 year old boy and we have been going to Kindermusik for over a year. He loves the friends that he's made and the music, songs, and activities during music class. Cathy is wonderful and it is obvious she loves what she does! It is such a great experience for both of us!

Miss Cathy rocks both literally and figuratively. My son has taken 3 different Kindermusik sessions at the Midtown studio and he loves her. The class is chock full of good things for tots - lots of energy, story telling, music and instruments, dance and movement, interaction with peers and adults. Cathy keeps the class hopping and the hour flies by. Highly recommended. I can't wait until my new little one is a bit older so we can be in class again.
