Music Factory The Musikgarten curriculum is a holistic program, in that it develops the whole child - physically, emotionally, socially, cognitively, and of course, musically! At The Music Factory, we nurture the childs music aptitude by engaging children and their families in singing and movement activities which help attune the ear, refine the voice, and develop a rhythmic body through which music can be expressed.

We sing, chant rhymes, do fingerplays, clap, skip, hop and jump! We keep a beat with rhythm sticks and drums! We dance with scarves! We sing with shakers and jingle bells! Older children play resonator bars and xylophones! Bouncing songs, lullabies, peek-a-boo games, stories, poetry, listening activities, and more = FUN!

I took the orientation class at the end, and it was very helpful at understanding the big picture and determining the next class selection.

I like spending structured/focused time with my child in a friendly/family sitting – which is difficult sometimes as there are many negative examples in some social settings.

This morning my daughter got up, and we were playing with her stuffed monkey. All of sudden she said to the monkey: “be my echo” bah, bah, bah-bah-bah then she did bum-bum-bum & I would repeat for the monkey. It was pretty hilarious. She does love your class.

The absolute worst place you could possibly take your child. The staff was rude, mean, and clearly underquilfied. I have advised many people not to go here and explained my family's experience. Dozens of people have decided not to go after hearing how they treated my child, back handed comments they made, and their inability to accept people from different walks of life.
