North Main Music Children & Adult Lessons in Nashua, NH
North Main Music is a full service music lessons studio that customizes lessons to fit every individual students needs. Our primary focus is on providing our students with the highest quality lessons, not on the sale of instruments. This keeps the focus on the music in an environment that is specifically set up for that purpose.
We have several instructors, which makes it easier to offer flexible times for your convenience. To encourage our students to hone their performance skills, get extra practice and make new musical friends, we offer semi-annual recitals, group theory lessons, and ensembles.

Poor customer experience

My 9 year old daughter took guitar lessons for a few months. She enjoyed them, but the instruction was minimal at best. A beginner's guitar book for $15 would have been just as good. The real issue is they force you to pay for a full month in advance ... $125 and it has to be a direct debit from a checking or savings account. Another policy is they need 30 days notice to cancel. When we cancelled our daughter, we were still charged the $125 in error. They agreed we shouldn't have been charged and I have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. I just got off the phone with a person named John (lucky to have gotten an actual person not a voice mail). He told me the credit had been processed. When I told him it hadn't hit my account ... he just kept repeating himself and offered no explanation. I got angry ... he hung up on me. Not a great customer experience to say the least. If you are looking for music lessons for yourself or your child, please do yourself a favor and go with an independent instructor. Larger companies these days are all about their bottom line and are not interested in taking care of their customers.
I don't recommend this business
Very well trained teachers

My son has been a student at NMM for 6 months. Their teachers are very well trained and very kind. My son has learned more in 6 months than he did in the 2 years he spent with another teacher at a local place.
Keep up the good work.

My son loves North Main Music. That is where he met the vocalist of his band. They made me and my son feel very welcome. The teacher is definitely a people person and he knows so much about guitars and other musical items. My son was able to speak to him and get what he needed for his guitar and I tell people I talk to how this is a very great place to purchase guitars and guitar accessories. All other employees there have also been very nice and friendly.
