Raleigh Music Academy We offer quality instruction in numerous instruments. Some of which include guitar, bass, drums, piano, voice, banjo, fiddle and mandolin. When students come to us, they know they are getting true professional instruction from qualified teachers. Our teachers have many years of instructional, educational and performance experience to offer their students. Just about any style and level of music instruction is offered.

Music theory, sight reading, ear training, improvisation, soloing and chording are all a part of a custom-tailored private lesson for each and every student. The private lessons are once a week for 30 minutes and group lessons vary according to what is being offered.

Another offering of Raleigh Music Academy is participation in a Student Performance. This gives students the chance to play in a live situation with other musicians and learn from each other and how to interact in a band situation. It is completely voluntary and the students are matched up according to skill level and according to which style of music they prefer.

I took guitar lessons from Paul Warren at the Raleigh Music Academy for about two years. Paul was great and was able to customize a lesson plan for me to advance my playing ability faster. In addition to invididual instruction, the RMA has student shows so each student gets an opportunity to play in a live setting and gain greater experience and knowledge through interaction with other students.
