Sandy Springs Music We are happy to be Atlanta's most musician friendly school and store. In addition to our first rate music lessons and instrument rentals, we offer many accessories such as: sheet music, reeds, strings for guitar, violin, viola, cello, and bass, guitar straps, maintenance kits, cords and cables, tuners, metronomes, drum sticks, and drum pads.

We have brought together Atlanta's music community to create an enriching experience for students of all ages. We offer specialized and innovative classes and lessons in guitar, bass, piano, voice, drums, cello, violin, viola, mandolin, banjo, fiddle, as well as all the brass and woodwind instruments. Styles include rock, pop, jazz, latin, spanish, bluegrass, gospel, blues, classical and more. From music accessories and sheet music, to band, orchestra, keyboard and guitar rentals as well!

Patrick Stevens
Guitar
Patrick Stevens is a Georgia native with 17 years of guitar experience. He holds a BBA from the University of Georgia (Terry ’05), but decided to make music his path in life, and attended the Atlanta Institute of Music, where he graduated at the top of his class in 2011. Over the past few years he has had the opportunity to work with several great artists, most notably Grammy-winning artist T-Pain and Grammy-nominated producer Teddy Bishop, as well as amazing artists such as Sarah Peacock and Diosa.
Shannon Ciaravella
Shannon has been studying and performing violin since age 8. She graduated with a B.A. in Music Performance from Cleveland State University in 1999. Since then, she has been teaching violin at the Galloway School, the Lovett School, and out of her home. One of SSM’s longest tenured, and popular teachers, Shannon is always striving to get the very best out of her students through positive and enthusiastic reinforcement in her lessons.
Alex Selph
Alex started his pursuit of percussion and drums at the early age of seven. A graduate of the Atlanta Institue of Music (AIM), Alex has continued performing in a number of different bands and styles in Atlanta. Proficient in composing, transcribing and arranging, Alex’s excellent communication and interpersonal skills make him a favorite among his students.
Mindy Carter
Mindy Carter has been singing professionally for over 15 years now. She has traveled the world singing a variety of styles of music, and has become one of the most sought after vocalists and vocal instructors in Atlanta. Mindy Carter grew up in Louisville, KY. She began singing and performing at a very early age. After performing in many different types of venues, she was selected to participate in KY Governor’s School for the Arts.

My daughter took piano lessons there for 2 years and we absolutely loved it! They were always very cool and worked with me and my hectic schedule! Highly recommend them!
