We purchased a Roland digital piano for our son's birthday from Steinway. The purchasing experience was positive from beginning to end. The sales manager, Tom Olsen, was extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. The associates who loaded the piano on the pickup day provided great customer service as well. We highly recommend Steinway based on their professionalism and impeccable customer service.

My husband, Bruce, and I had an outstanding experience at Steinway Piano Galleries recently. Tom Olson greeted us warmly and spent a lot of time with us going over the history of Steinway and describing the features of Steinway's Essex piano which we ended up purchasing. The entire process from start to finish was excellent and professional and we heartily commend Tom. The delivery of the piano was very professional as well and extremely prompt.
