We are a contemporary music school driven by community and passion. We offer group classes for kids as young as two years old. Teen and hobbyists love the personalization our private lessons afford them. Many of our students are also active professional musicians, honing their craft or learning new skills. We know that music is a hobby and stress relief for some, and a career for others. Alexander Young

For as long as he can remember, Minneapolis based drummer, Alexander Young has always been soft-spoken. His drumming, however, has been his communication device since he started studying percussion in the 5th grade (1995).

Anthony Schulz

Hailing from small town Wisconsin, Anthony Schulz has seen success in his 10 year musical career. He performs over 100 shows yearly bringing his total number of live performances to well over 1000 shows to date at the age of 25.

Brian Palay

Currently playing the part of lead guitarist in GB Leighton and teaching at Swift School of Music. Brian's other current/past work includes MAYDA, Casey Carlson (of American Idol), Ari Herstand, Sell Out Stereo, The Repair Company, 8 Switch, Danielle Thrush, and more.

Dave Swift

Dave Swift founded the Swift School of Music in 2008. After teaching thousands of lessons at local music stores and schools, Dave dreamed of opening his own music school to inspire people to make music a part of their lives.

Debra Grahn

Debra G is a professional musician, singer/songwriter, performer, vocal instructor and recording artist with experience in promotion and marketing in the Twin Cities.Debra G has her vocal performance degree from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.
