Ted Herbert Music School

Robert received his education in Trumpet Performance and Composition/Music Theory at the Boston Conservatory. He is a founding member and business manager of two Manchester, NH based music groups. The first is the Granite State Brass, a classical chamber group specializing in wedding ceremonies and summer bandstand/gazebo performances.

John teaches with passion and the desire to share as much of his own experience, skill and knowledge with each student as much as possible. Students come to him as beginners, hobbyists, serious professionals, students preparing for solo's and auditions and students with the desire to become professionals.

Melissa Blasek is a New Hampshire native and professional musician and vocalist. She has been performing professionally since she was fourteen years old and is a regular in the New England music scene. She has performed at the Acton Jazz Café, CR Sparks, XO On Elm, The Palace Theatre, The Yard, The Firehouse, Hermanos, The Lebanon Opera House, The Barre Opera House, as well as countless other venues and private events.

Mr. Bieniek taught for fourteen years in the Manchester Public Schools and during that time served as the head of the String Dept., conductor of the city-wide Orchestra and director of the Southside Jr. High Band. Richard was a member and former concertmaster if the N H Philharmonic and study with Joseph McGauley of the Boston Symphony.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Maine. He has been teaching professionally for over ten years. Robert specializes in flute performance and instrumental and choral conducting. Robert is Director of music at Sacred Heart Parish and the Artistic Director of the Majestic Theatre Trust.
