Learning music is not just a matter of having a qualified teacher, but also having an environment that is focused on music education. In a professional school environment a student cannot be distracted by t.v., pets, ringing phones, siblings or anything else. With only 1/2 to one hour of lesson time per week, a professional school environment can produce better results since the only focus at that time is learning music.

At Tri-Cities Academy of Ballet and Music, private lessons are offered on all popular instruments and voice. Private one-on-one instruction allows students to progress at their own pace and gain the best understanding of musical techniques. Students can start private lessons as young as 5 years old, and students can start private lessons any time of the year or month so there's no need to wait to get started. The teachers are wonderful and do a great job of working with each class. It is wonderful to watch them share their love and knowledge of dance with the students. TCAB is very good with communication and will always answer any questions you have. Definitely reach out to them! We switched studios to TCAB and I already see my daughter growing in skill, strength, and confidence. They have classes for adults and I'm super tempted to try some! It's a pretty special place.

My 3 year old went to Angela's Pre-Ballet class and loved every minute of it. She learned how to listen, follow directions and socialize with others in a smaller size class. I think it definitely will help her in the future when she goes to preschool and when she does other extra curricular activities.

This studio offers a wide variety of dance but also has guitar, paino, and singing lessons in one location! Quality instruction at an affordable price! The owners have been in business for over 25 years and truly care about our children's development! My daughter and son have attended this academy for over 10 years combined in both dance and music and their experiences have been nothing but positive.

We truly feel that the studio and staff are their second home and family! Every year we are in awe at the progression and maturity of all of the performers! We feel that this studio is helping to shape our children and their experiences will stay with them forever!
