I do not believe they were honest with me about a guitar we purchased last Christmas 2021. Cost was around $750-$800. It was a faulty guitar from the start. After just about 4-5 of months we took the guitar back to them because the strings would buzz on the fret board. They said we could trade in or they would repair. My son really loved the guitar so he decided to fix it. It sat in their store for about three months or more. We called and stopped by. Then they realized they forgot to do the repair thinking it was an inventory guitar. This is where I don’t think they were honest. I think they just added shims under the bridge instead of doing the kind of repair described to us. The fret board was not worked on and they said they replaced frets but they did not because the wear on the frets indicate otherwise. My son changed the strings one time after the so called repair. But now because they added shims under the bridge it was weakened being too high for the saddle to hold. Because they did not do the proper repair it created further problems on the guitar. Now they claim it was our fault that the strings are buzzing again. And now even the saddle is damaged from the bridge being unable to seat properly into the saddle. The guitar was never right from the beginning and after their run around eventually it is our fault and we have an unplayable guitar. We are out our $750/$800 and my son goes back to college where he is studying guitar and worship music as a major with something else I guess. We will not return as I believe they were dishonest about the whole process. If they were just honest about not fixing it in the first place I would have been willing to work with them.

Great customer service! Knowledgeable and super helpful staff. Store was clean, well organized, and instruments and assesories handled with care. A bit pricey, but quality and worth it. A definite recommendation.

The guy that I talked to was very nice and helpful needed a single guitar string fixed didn't charge me stringing cost and tuned the whole guitar

Good place to get just about any instrument that you are looking for. They have a plethora of guitars, bass guitars and amplifiers to chose from. Plus you can get instrument lessons here for just about any instrument as well. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will be glad to help you find it. The service is very friendly and willing to help out.

Great store with knowledgable staff. You can get almost anything when you walk in. Have a good used selection as well.

Already called to tell me after just a day that one of their skilled luthiers, Emily, already has my Seagull guitar repaired & ready! I'm having the action adjusted and new Elixir strings put on for a good price.

I would LOVE to see LESS Strat style guitars and more exotic shapes. I've been doing business here for at least 40 years. Just bought a Jackson I've wanted since 1985. More of these and I would refer more people.
