My daughter takes piano lessons with Tom McKeon, and we couldnt be happier. We went through a couple of instructors before finding the right fit, and Tom has been exactly what she needed to feel motivated again. His teaching style aligns perfectly with her personality, and he has helped her fall back in love with the piano. He teaches her how to play her favorite songs, and now she cant wait to get home and practice. Hes an excellent instructor, and we highly recommend him.

Our son has been a student at Hilliard Music Academy for four and a half years, and we've been very happy with the program. We enrolled him to learn the piano, and we've been impressed with how the lessons have also helped him develop a sense of discipline through practicing.
His teacher has been Elizabeth, and she has been an excellent instructor. She is patient and encouraging, and knows how to keep him engaged and motivated. Thanks to her guidance, he has made consistent progress with the piano.
We also appreciate the bi-annual recitals. They give the students a concrete goal to work toward and a chance to perform in front of an audience. It's a great way for them to build confidence and see the results of their hard work, and for our son, it has been a very positive experience.

Our son has played a lot of sports since he could walk but he has always LOVED singing. We decided to enroll him in voice lessons to help him understand music more and foster his love for a more artistic hobby. He has never felt comfortable singing in front of anyone but immediate family. We were lucky enough to work with Sarah Dudley and she has been amazing!
We started working with her in the fall before COVID and we were able to keep all of our sessions going through virtual lessons during the shutdown. This was a shining point in our sons week, especially when everything else was canceled. Now, our son is in 6th grade and not only has he gained the confidence to sing in front of others, he earned one of the solo's for his middle school concert. We are so grateful for how much Sarah has help grow our sons confidence, knowledge in music and pure joy of singing!

We absolutely love Lewis Center Music Academy. My daughter has been attending lessons for more than a year now and it's been worthwhile. Her Violin teacher Ms Helen is simply the best, my daughter is always looking forward to her lessons. With no musical background, her confidence while playing the violin has grown tremendously. Their staff are friendly and helpful.

Lewis Center Music Academy is a wonderful place for learning music for kids and adults. The teachers and staffs are not only very welcoming and flexible with the schedules but they also become your friends too. Me and my daughter have been learning music since last year and we have loved this place with lots of talented musicians and great interactions. I would highly recommend this place for everyone to learn music and enrich your lives!

I started piano lessons with Lewis Center Music Academy a few years ago as an adult learner. The experience has been wonderful especially since I have never had any musical instruction. Yes, there are many children at the academy but I never feel uncomfortable being the only adult in the waiting room. I have had two great teachers so far, John and Bobby.
Unfortunately due to COVID and scheduling, I had to switch instructors but both are fantastic and understanding of the challenges facing adult learners (busy life and, you know, old dog new tricks). Thank you to John and Bobby!

My daughter, who is 11, has been taking piano lessons at Lewis Center Music Academy for almost 2 years now. Her teacher, Elizabeth, is super friendly and takes the time to get to know her students. My daughter looks forward to her lessons and has been steadily progressing in her skills. We are very happy with the lessons, Elizabeth and the Academy. The staff is professional and super responsive. Highly recommended!

I could not be happier with my son's experience at Lewis Center Music Academy. Everyone is super friendly, professional and accommodating. My son was so nervous to take lessons with someone new but Layne has been absolutely wonderful with and for my son. She's a great fit! He is plowing through his piano books much faster than he did with his previous teacher.
He is also retaining all that he has learned. He is always excited to go to his piano lesson. It's super easy to reschedule classes if I need to. So far it's been a really cool experience. He's so excited to dress up for Halloween and do all the fun extra things offered. We love it so far!

We love Lewis Center Music Academy! My daughter takes piano lessons with Ms Elizabeth and she is thriving and growing in her skills! Just the other day I heard her tell Elizabeth that she was a great teacher and that was so awesome to hear her say that to her teacher! Also we appreciate the fact that her lessons have been continuing via Zoom due to the pandemic that we are currently in.
The Zoom lessons have been going great and I love how Elizabeth still manages to stay engaged with my daughter via Zoom. We truly love the Academy and highly recommend it to others!

Mercedes is fantastic. Our daughter began violin in our school strings program when she was 9. LCMA became necessary to help her advance a year later. Mercedes has challenged her and helped her a great deal. Because our daughter plays as well as she does, we were often asked who teaches her. After only a few short years of playing and lessons with Mercedes our daughter just closed out the year with the Columbus Youth Orchestra's Junior Strings as the Concert Master.
She is 12. Mercedes is known throughout the local orchestra world (that we are part of) as an excellent violinist. She is responsive to us as parents. When we have concerns, we are able to connect with her easily. When our daughter was losing interest in violin - Mercedes helped us brainstorm the problem and we got back on track. She also is super helpful in making good equipment recommendations. Jessica (and Axl before her) is a great office manager. Easy to get a hold of and quick to help! She always has a good attitude. So valuable! The office's reward system for practicing is always a plus.
