Participants are a select group of professionally oriented, advanced students of violin, viola, cello, and piano, 18 to 29 years of age. The Taos School of Music has a non-discriminatory admissions policy, admitting talented students of any race, color, national, or ethnic origin. The artists-in-residence of the Taos School of Music provide our young artists with the highest level of coaching and also provide Taos audiences with the finest chamber music.
We strive to make learning fun for our students and at the same time, provide the highest level of instruction by maintaining a well-structured and comprehensive approach. Our program includes private lessons in piano, guitar, voice, strings, percussion, wind and brass instruments.
