Burgmller Op. 100, no. 2 Arabesque The essence of this popular study is the five note figures. As you practice, listen carefully to ensure that the notes are well articulated and don't run together. Also, notice that the majority of the figures occur during a crescendo. Be ready to spend more time on the left hand runs - they need to sparkle just as brightly as their counterparts in the right hand.
