Drama Learning Center offers performing arts training to students aged 3-18. In our private lesson studio, we offer one-on-one training in the areas of voice, piano, acting, audition prep, on-camera coaching, and voice acting. Our studio is open 6 days per week, and we have multiple teaching artists from which to choose based on student availability and goals.

I'm a cello teacher and performer who has been actively working in the Washington-Baltimore area for over 30 years. I teach private cello lessons in my home studio in Silver Spring, Maryland. My solid educational background and extensive experience, both performing and teaching, have provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to be an exceptional cello teacher.

Founded by local music teachers Irene and Jarl Hulbert, the ARTI-ST Music Education Center opened its Perry Hall facility in 2002. With advanced degrees in music, Irene and Jarl have the training and passion to bring the community musical instruction of the highest quality. Irenes Masters degree in music is from UCLA. She also did post-graduate studies at Peabody and at the University of Maryland

Most of our teachers have degrees in music, though some have minored in it. And there are some who have become accomplished performers on their instrument and have a desire to convey their knowledge and expertise to others. All of our teachers are interviewed and auditioned. We look at their personality to see how they might relate with people, both adults as well as children, because it is in this area that is most important about being a teacher for our organization.

Lessons are available for all brass and woodwind instruments. Our teachers are qualified to instruct all players from beginners to professionals. Lesson instruction is one on one and all lessons are given at the store in our recently built studios.

Offers a variety of music lessons and classes for all instruments and voice. This wide selection is available so that everybody can benefit from some type of music instruction. In the area of lessons, we offer both Suzuki and Traditional approaches in many combinations. Students may study in private, semi-private or in family/group sessions in a variety of time allotments.

Amy Basch is an experienced piano teacher in Columbia Maryland, located in Howard County; she also teaches in Central Maryland. She is dedicated to meeting each student where they are, and inspiring them to develop their full potential as a musician. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, Amy will challenge you to expand your musicality and technique in a wholesome, fun, and engaging atmosphere.

The studio has 3 teachers, each one is classically trained, each with over a decade of professional musical education and experience. Currently our studio has more than 100 students ranging in age from children as young as 3 and a half year to senior citizens.

We have been providing an exceptional music experience for its students since 1993. Rock, jazz, and blues guitarists, classical, pop, and gospel pianists, jazz saxophonists, or pop and classical vocalists you name it, we play it. Our experienced teachers evaluate, on a one to one basis, each students strengths and weaknesses, and develop a lesson plan individualized for that student.
